  3. Oh my ears and whiskers, I cannot stand the suspense.

I had to go revise the posting on aprons so I wouldn't think about this.

Unless there are some uncounted votes lurking in the ether. This is not impossible, ether being tricky stuff.

phew - at one point I was contemplating a trip into the office to vote again. But it's cold, wet and all around miserable here...

  14. @ Alison. Only one vote per customer, worse luck. I think the software at the site enforces this.

Do you realize there were 800 PEOPLE voting in this last semifinal !!!
    Ye gods.

I'm filled with trepidation, going up against Iron Kissed. That is one kick-ass heroine, y'know.

Let us hope Annique can out-subtle her.

This final contest is Karate against Ninjitsu. We will see who wins.

It's one vote per IP address. So - work, home, libraries, internet cafes...

  16. Only one vote per customer though.

The trick is to dragoon your sister-in-law or persuade your husband or coerce your daughter or bribe the boy who mows the lawn
    for the second vote.

    Speaking of bribery ...

I'll do a posting on the blog as soon as I find out when and where the finals will be held.

What I'm going to do -- Anyone who drops into the comment trail of that post to say they voted for me is eligible for a drawing. To the winner of the drawing I'll send a signed copy of whichever book they choose,
AND a hand-made book cover from Etsy to go on it *g*.

    Hows that for bribery?
